3.1 You agree that the Portal can only be used for placing orders, accessing price lists (including PDF
and Excel downloads), and viewing product details for your organisation's internal use.
3.2 Unauthorised actions—such as accessing other customer accounts, reselling Portal content, or
sharing login credentials—are strictly prohibited.
3.3 Misuse may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access and/or Canohm
Account.
4. Security & Access Controls
4.1 We implement industry-standard security measures (e.g., PCi, DSS Compliant, multi-factor
authentication).
4.2 You agree not to circumvent security features or allow unauthorised use of your credentials.
5. Ordering Process & Service Availability
5.1 Order submissions are subject to product availability, pricing accuracy, and our acceptance.
5.2 Orders must adhere to your purchase agreement and may include pre-order or advance
purchase conditions.
5.3 Our standard trading terms and agreements govern all orders.
5.4 While we aim for high availability, the Portal may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance
or technical issues. We'll provide advance notice of planned downtime wherever practicable.
6. Pricing, Product Information & Downloads
6.1 Price lists, product data, and downloadable PDFs or Excel files are provided for informational
purposes only and may be updated.
6.2 You may download pricing and product information solely for internal use.
6.3 Final prices and availability will be confirmed in your order confirmation. We disclaim liability for
any discrepancies between downloadable content and the confirmed order.

11.3 Our sole remedy for pricing or order errors is correction via confirmed order summary or
invoice.
12. Termination & Access Removal

12.2 We may suspend or terminate any account for breach, inactivity, or at our discretion.
12.3 Upon termination, you must cease using all Portal content. We reserve the right to archive or
